Weekly Fashion Tip
Make a statement with your accessories & individualize your style. Here are a few ideas:
Pair a bold statement necklace with a simple outfit such as a tunic dress or blouse and dark denim. The necklace becomes the conversation piece. Look for architectural inspired shapes this season.
Stacked Bangles & Bracelets – the more the merrier in this case! Mix colors, materials, metals & shapes.
Oversize Clutch in a vivid color or metallic for day into evening – the bigger the better! Great paired with jeans or a dress.
Waist Belts. Accentuate that waist by pairing a skinny or wide belt over a favorite coat, dress, sweater or jeans.

Trend Q&A
Q: I'm hearing a lot about color being a key trend this season. Is there one specific color that's important?
A: The season is all about vivid color – not one, but all shades of brights – from fuschia pinks, eco greens, sunset yellows & oranges to aquatic blues! Black & white becomes the canvas to this trend, so color becomes the pop. Be careful not to wear head-to-toe color. You don't want to become the next fashion don't!
Q: I need a new handbag and I'm looking for something that I can use for day & night. What's new?
A: Oversize clutches are the newest news and are the most versatile. Resist the urge to play matchmaker with the shoes. Look for high gloss materials such as metallic skins, textured patents & supple leathers. Step out and go for a color!
Q: I need to buy a new suit for work. What should I look for?
A: Stick to options wherein the jacket matches the skirt. Not only is this the most current look, it also happens to be timeless. Sleeve details such as oversize buttons, belted looks & three-quarter lengths are very now. If you travel a lot, I suggest looking for something in knit, as it's easy to pack and rarely wrinkles.
Q: I love dresses and I own a few already. How can I accessorize them to make them look new, and is there a must-have dress of the season?
A: Sounds like you are off to a great start being trend-right this season! Dresses were still the most dominant style on the runway for spring, so this is definitely an item to keep in your closet. Accessories update any look. Try belting the styles you own, creating an emphasis on the waist. Or, throw on a classic trench or trendy anorak over it, then belt it – giving you several options. For shorter length dresses, how about adding tights in a pop color? Watch for sheath, shift & shirtdresses to be spring's most in-demand.
Q: How do I wear wide leg pants and what should I wear with them?
A: Proportion is key and the higher waistlines are most fashion forward. The right pair can lengthen your legs and even make you look thinner! Pair them back to a feminine blouse and wear it “tucked in” and accent it with a waist belt, creating even more emphasis on the waist. For height, finish off the look with a platform heel & you're ready to go!
Q: What's the must-have look for spring?
A: Grown-up & polished glamour. It's the return of getting dressed up, and it's just the beginning. Accessories have never been so important. Make sure you finish off the look with a statement piece. Choose from bold necklaces, stacked bangles & bracelets or a jacket that simply says you're in charge.
